Voter Registration Information

Voters wishing to register for the March 6, 2012 general election must complete an Ohio Voter Registration Form and see that it is postmarked or delivered to their local Board of Elections office by Monday, February 6th.

You can vote early or absentee!
Residents can vote in person at their local Board of Elections office or by requesting an absentee ballot. Please contact your Board of Elections for more detailed information.

Information concerning early voting hours will available from both the Greene County and Montgomery County Board of Elections (see contact information below).

Absentee ballot deadlines:
  • Applications by mail for absentee ballots must be received by boards of elections by noon THREE DAYS PRIOR TO an election.

  • Ballots of absentee voters who are in the U.S. at the time of the election must be postmarked no later than the day before Election Day, and must be received within 10 days after the election.

  • Ballots of absentee voters who are outside the U.S. at the time of the election must be postmarked no later than Election Day, and must be received within 10 days after the election.
